About Us

Service is More Than a Word to Us

Our Facility

All Steel operates out of a 100,000-square-foot fabrication facility equipped to handle structural and miscellaneous steel projects of all sizes. With ample crane coverage, flexible workspace, and the equipment needed for heavy fabrication, we're built to take on complex and large-scale jobs. The layout of our shop allows for efficient material flow, organized staging, and simultaneous production across multiple projects — all with a focus on quality, safety, and meeting schedule commitments.

Our History

All Steel was founded in 1987 by Paul and David Lashlee in Benton, Arkansas. From a small shop, they built a reputation for reliable structural steel fabrication on commercial and industrial projects across the region.

The work grew, and so did the shop. In 2009, All Steel earned AISC certification, formal recognition of the quality and safety standards already built into the daily process. In 2014, the company moved to its current 100,000-square-foot facility in Malvern, Arkansas — with the crane coverage, layout, and equipment needed for larger, more complex jobs.

Nearly four decades on, the same principle that built the company still runs it: service is more than a word to us.
