The structure features a 36- foot clear height, 56 truck docks, and a 13,000 SF mezzanine office. A 100,000 SF climate controlled production area and enclosed machinery rooms are integrated into the footprint, supported by a 1-megawatt backup generator. The building is designed for high volume logistics and modern industrial operations, with durable construction and efficient circulation throughout.
